Arizona Legal Co. is a new legal service launching in Arizona. We are not yet a law firm and do not yet provide legal services or legal advice — everything here is general legal information only.

Pricing

Flat fees for most matters. Clear about the rest.

Most of what people need is routine and document-driven — so we price it as a flat fee you see before you commit. When a matter becomes contested or heads to court, it moves to hourly billing (or a referral), and we tell you before that happens.

How our pricing works

Flat when it’s routine. Hourly when it’s contested.

Flat fee for the routine work

Wills and trusts, LLC filings, uncontested divorce, and debt-lawsuit answers are priced as flat fees — no hourly surprises.

Hourly when it’s contested

If the other side disputes it, or it heads to trial, that’s litigation — billed hourly, or referred to a trusted Arizona attorney.

No surprises

You’ll know the price and the model up front. If your matter can’t be flat-fee, we say so before you commit.

Prices below are expected pricing at launch. This site is not yet a law firm and does not yet provide legal services — it currently offers general legal information only.

  • Will-based plan (will + financial & healthcare POAs)$599
  • Revocable living trust plan (trust + pour-over will + POAs)$1,499
  • Powers of attorney (financial + healthcare, standalone)$299
  • Arizona beneficiary (transfer-on-death) deedper property$199
  • Informal probate (uncontested)from $1,500

When it’s not flat fee

A contested probate, a will contest, or any dispute among heirs is litigation — that moves to hourly billing, and for a courtroom fight we’ll refer you to a trusted Arizona attorney.
  • Flat-fee Answer package (respond to a debt lawsuit)$499
  • Set aside a default judgment$599

When it’s not flat fee

The flat fee covers preparing and filing your Answer. If the case becomes contested and proceeds toward a trial, that ongoing litigation is billed hourly (or referred) — and we’ll tell you before it does.
  • Arizona LLC formation+ state filing fees$399
  • Arizona corporation formation+ state filing fees$599
  • Annual complianceper year$149

When it’s not flat fee

Formation and routine compliance are flat. Negotiated contracts, disputes, or litigation between owners are billed hourly (or referred).
  • Uncontested divorce — no minor children+ court filing fees$899
  • Uncontested divorce — with minor children+ court filing fees$1,299

When it’s not flat fee

The flat fee assumes you and your spouse agree on the terms. The moment the divorce becomes contested — you disagree on property, support, or parenting — it is no longer a flat-fee matter and moves to hourly billing (or a referral to a family-law litigator).

About these prices

Flat fees cover our document preparation and attorney review. Court and government filing fees are separate and paid to the court. Prices are general information, not a quote or an offer, and can change; your exact price is confirmed before any engagement.
